My research lab is working on a broad range of projects but share a common theme on the development of statistical and computational tools or strategies for analyzing diverse type of data arising from different studies and addressing issues arising from these data analyses . Specifically, my research interests covers statistical genetics, bioinformatics, infectious disease modelling, environmental health, and missing data problem.
I supervise graduate students in Statistics, Bioinformatics, and Collaborative Specialized Artificial Intelligence (CSAI)(MSc only), and One Health. I regularly recruit master and Ph.D. students every year.
